When it comes to cosmetic surgeons, we work with the best.
Our clinics are top medical quality providers, that comply with strict EU regulations. Moreover, the doctors and surgeons all have at least 10 years of international experience.
The lower abdomen is incised, leaving a belly button connected to the abdominal wall. Skin, together with the fat tissue, is raised from the muscles to the ribs. Abdominal muscles are then tightened and shortened by stitching them together. Superfluous fat and skin are removed at the upper line of the incision. The surgeon then brings the belly button out through the incision and sutures it in its new position on the skin.
An incision is made either in the crease under the breast, around the areola or under the armpit, depending on every patient’s needs. Later, a pocket is created over or under the muscle and the implant is located inside. The implants come in various sizes and the surgeon will explain to the patient which size suits the patient’s body the most.
Once the special fluid is in the treatment areas, tiny incisions are made (2-5 mm). If possible, in the natural crease lines. A thin, blunt-tipped, hollow rod is then inserted under the skin and carefully operated through the fat tissue. To suck out the undesired fat cells, this rod is attached to a high-vacuum hose. When the unwanted fat is suctioned, the surgeon closes the incisions and applies dressing.
Surgery time last around 2-6 hours with general anaesthesia if preferred. The surgeon makes an incision then elevates the skin off the underlying structures. For the tummy tuck procedure the abdominal muscles are usually tightened and shortened. After the extra skin and fat are removed, your skin will be redraped. Surgeon may insert drains beneath the incisions to facilitate discharge of any fluid that may disrupt your healing
Thigh lift is performed by lifting the surplus skin and removing it through incisions in the inner thigh and/or high upper outer thigh. Though incisions are extensive, they cannot be seen with the clothes on. In case a patient has no excess skin, only a few areas of fat in the upper-inner arms, she/he can opt for liposuction without the need to remove the skin. Otherwise, arm lift abroad (brachioplasty) is performed to remove the loose and saggy hanging skin. In this case, upper-inner arm from the armpit to the elbow is incised.
Fat (from areas such as the abdomen, waist/flanks, back, thighs or hips) is transferred to the buttocks. To remove it, a very gentle suction device is used. The collected fat is purified then carefully injected back through tiny incisions in the buttocks. To fill both buttocks, about 700c3 of pure fat is needed. Within 4 days following the operation, about 60% of fat cells transferred get reabsorbed by the body. For that reason, our surgeons overfill the chosen area. Several fat transfer procedures may be needed to get desired results.
Anincision is made either in the crease under the breast, around the areola or under the armpit, depending onevery patient’s needs. Later, a pocket is created over or under the muscle and the implant is located inside. The implants come in various sizes and the surgeon will explain to the patient which size suits the patient’s body the most.Implants come in two shapes a round or a teardrop. These implants are made of two layers silicone gel. The first layer is more solid to provide and preserve the breast shape. Thanks to the layered silicone gel, the breast looks natural as the implant has no sharp edges and tightly fits to the chest even if the patient is very thin.
The surgeons move the nipple and areola to a higher position. At the same time excess skin from beneath the breast is removed. When closing the remaining skin, the breast mound is: 1)lifted higher; and 2) recontoured (for a more projected and youthful appearance). To achieve the wanted size, shape and projection a saline-filled breast implant may be used during the surgery (this is called breast augmentation + uplift). It’s placed beneath the breast. Yet, it is optional and only necessary when there is inadequate breast tissue.
During the breast reduction surgery, the incisions are made in the way that the scar is left in the area around the areola or beneath the breast. This way the scars are hidden while (normally) dressed. The nipple and areola are moved to a higher position and the surplus of skin and tissues are safely removed.
In some cases, the drain might be used while performing the surgery and will be removed in the following days. If only a small amount of the tissues is to be removed, the surgery can be carried out using local anaesthetics.
Cosmetic nose surgery (nose job) is a procedure to straighten, reshape, or open nose passages. Nose surgery abroad is mostly done under narcosis (yet, intravenous anaesthesia is occasionally possible). Usually, nosesurgeries last 1-2 hours and patients must be hospitalised (1 night). The procedure involves making incisions inside the nose or small cuts next to it. However, any resulting scars are invisible or inconspicuous.
The skin is separated from the supporting bone or cartilage, which is then reshaped. Natural elasticity of the skin allows it to take its new position. The surgery is concluded when a small splint is placed over the nose to support it and reduce the swelling.
Blepharoplasty abroad helps to remove excess skin orfatty deposits from eyelids. Usually carried out under local anaesthesia, it takes between 1 and 2 hours to complete. In some cases, intravenous sedation may be given. Before the surgery: the amount of excess skin (around the eyes) to be removed is estimated conservatively.
If the problem involved bulging fat pads, these are conservatively removed to avoid the “hollow” eye look. Lastly, the surgeons bring back the skin together. This leaves small scars; yet these are well hidden in the upper eyelid crease and in the lower eyelid (just below the eyelashes).
One way to enhance lips is with special fillers, such as Surgilips®, Juvederm Ultra® or Restylane Lipp®. To minimise any discomfort, our medical team carries ot the procedure under local anaesthesia. The lips are enhanced for 9-12 months.
Surgery begins with an incision in front of the earextending up into the hairline. The incision curves around the bottom of the ear and then behind it, usually ending near the hairline on the back of the neck. After the skin incision is made, the skin is separated from the deeper tissues with a scalpel or scissors over the cheeks and neck. At this point, the deeper tissues, including SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System), can be tightened with sutures, with or without removing some of the excess deeper tissues. The skin is then redraped, and the amount of excess skin is removed. The incisions are then closed with sutures and staples.
Otoplasty (ear surgery abroad) is a procedure to reshape the ear. Otoplasty takes 1-2 hours to complete. The back side of the ear shell is cut. The ear shell cartilage is then weakened so that it can be folded. Sometimes the excess skin or the cartilage is removed. Once the surgery is complete, head bandages are applied. When the bandages are taken off, the patient must wear a headband during sleep for a few weeks. This keeps the stitches from pulling out.
As will all surgeries, there will be some initial swelling (80% of it will fade away in 6 months). Yet, within 2-3 weeks your ears will look remarkably better (the new shape will be already visible).
